Sir,
I have purchased samsung the frame **” tv on **-**-**** from samsung smart plaza kantinagar delhi.They have delivered me a scratched TV. And now they are holding back from returning it. I have also sent mail to the company, but till now no action has been taken for TV replacement. There is scratch on tv display and back body. The TV remote also has to be charged again and again. The date on tv manufacturing and remote is different. Samsung service center engineer has also checked and confirmed the scratch but Samsung Smart Plaza Kanti Nagar is not listening to anyone. I am very upset. Please try to provide **** manufacturing tv to me.
