Dear Team
We have purchase Samsung Fridge * years Back approx * lacs Rs double door.. since bought facing issue.. My mother request dealer from where we have purchase he send employee from samsung team.. my mother is taking care one of employee cheat with her took **** +**** rs for Fridge Repair after that we following with him. he ignore.. since *-* month..
Family shift to Canada we are unable to follow up.. pls look into this serious ..we are facing issue he completely damage my Fridge now ignore also he said i will send invoice by EOD at ur whatsap since that ignoring ..
I am attaching whatsapp conversation & call details & followup & Images of samsung guys.
Request please align some one look into this seriously and check my Fridge and take appropriate action..
