Purchased a refrigerator last year on **-**-****, it had stopped working on **-**-****. Filed a complaint ********** but no one has come to my house for repair - just an assurance that it will get resolved. I would like to return the non-working refrigerator back to Samsung and get back a new working refrigerator.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
