Samsung - Samsung plus screen pixels burnt after update

I Prasenjit Bangal using samsung phones since ****. Previously i used samsung note * and after that i am using s** plus. But it was very unfortunate to me that after update my phone (s** plus) screen pixels burnt-out and a green line visible at the middle of the phone. This phone bought from korea. But as per my knoledge i thought samsung is international brand and i will get service worldwide. I visited several service centers but they inform me that this phone shows that overseas product hence they can not do anything about it. Therefore i decided to inform in samsung official mail as this is a common problem for samsung s** plus to resolve the issues. Same thing i will email to samsung international team for better resolution. If samsung lunches this type of updates that our phone can damage then samsung has to take the responsibility to resolve the issue.
