Samsung - samsung phone not serviced within warranty period after numerous promises

Hi, I gifted a samsung mobile phone last year to my daughter which went blank within the warranty period. Logged a complaint with customer service, which was closed without resolution. Got it again opened, it too was closed. Got another ticket opened without any resolution. As requested by them, deposited ***+ INR for pick up fees, even this amount is eaten up by the company and no one picked up my phone. It is with my in-laws waiting for last * months for it to be serviced. But even after writing to service head and CEO's office, I am still waiting for a resolution. Nothing can be as tortorus than this. My house is full of samsung stuff, contemplating how to get rid of this junk company
