The Samsung M* monitor is NOT working as stated by the demo giver, as quoted by technician and as written in the web advertisement.
The advertisement and claims in the Samsung India website were my deciding factors to buy this monitor. It was also stated by the demo giver that, it is highly suitable as Work from Home Monitor, compared to LG, HP & DELL Monitors.
The monitor is either faulty in software/hardware or not as per the advertised claims in Samsung.com.

Actual status / Problem: One cannot simply use the monitor to work. Connection to a PC is essential. (For VPN, For meetings, For accessing work related apps etc…)

Actual status / Problem:The product is NOT as described in your website. www.samsung.com/in
*. Claims (copied from www. samsung.com/in): Access and control your PC remotely
Actual status / Problem:Accessing the SimFit camera and Mic is NOT possible from a Windows/iOS based PC.Only video and audio from PC is available to M*.
But video (from M*-Slimfit Camera) & Audio (From M*-Mic) are not available to PC.
*. Claims (copied from www. samsung.com/in): Auto Framing automatically keeps you in the center of the frame, even when you shift position
Actual status / Problem: When connected to a PC and with video conferencing (Zoom, WebEx, Teams etc.,), the slim fit camera does not change focus based on who is talking.
*. Claims (copied from www. samsung.com/in): Look your best in video calls through apps like Google Meet
Actual status / Problem:Not able to join meeting from PC (Windows/iOS), using Zoom, WebEx, Teams etc… Camera and Mic are not accessible by Zoom, WebEx, Teams etc…
*. Claims (copied from www. samsung.com/in): With USB-C, HDMI and USB-A ports, you can connect completely to the Smart Monitor without any adapters
Actual status / Problem:After connecting the monitor to PC either through HDMI or USB, the Slimfit camera video and Mic audio not available to the connected PC (Windows & iOS)
The technician visited and had no clue about the claims in the website. And he was unable to demonstrate.
He said, the monitor will work perfectly as a TV. While asked about the working with PC (Windows or iOS based), he is clueless and told it will not work.
Post his visit, the Service Request was closed as if the problem is resolved. I have been escalating and waiting for resolution.
It is very unfortunate that, the team (Samsung Customer Care and Samsung Shop) did not reply to may mails and indicate the present state of my compliant.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
