This is to draw your attention to my extreme displeasure with Samsung's consumer support service. I am sorry to see the miserable status of the support staff at the Samsung office. I've spoken with more than * team members so far, and none of them have taken responsibility of the task that has been assigned to them. They were unable to rectify the problem and simply transferred my ticket request from one to another.More than ** days have gone by, and my inquiry remains unaddressed and unsolved.
I purchased my phone just * months back after paying **,*** Rs.whichbis not a small amount for me. My phone is under warranty and there is no external damage from my side. Images are attached which clearly shows that my phone is in brand new condition and there is some technical manufacturing defect. It must be covered in company warranty policy.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
