Samsung - Samsung Galaxy freese and auto restarting issue after samsung software update

Samsung Pushed out an Android ** Update recently. After the update the phone suddenly started to freeze and auto restart unexpectedly and frequently. It was impossible to get any kind of work done. I contacted customer support and followed steps which they asked me to do and at the end asked me to visit authorised samsung service center.I approached service centre, after the inspection they quoted a repair charge of INR ****/- for motherboard replacement. The issue was caused due to faulty software by Samsung, still I am being penalized for. Even person at service center was replying rudely and asked me to visit another service center!
