Samsung - Samsung delivered wet damaged upsidedown Package

Ordered ** inch Smart Monitor from Samsung.com official website on ** Sept ****. Order No : ***********
First delivery was attempted on ** Sep ****, but the box was wet, so I rejected it.
Next day raised a complaint with Samsung Support regarding the same Case Id : *********
After a week Samsung re-delivered the same wet damaged box up-side-down, this time with extra wrapping to hide the box damage.
Now, they refuse to replace the box and insist on product installation, stating that I will have to accept if the product works on installation.

I am asking for a replacement of damaged box or full refund.
