Engineer from Samsung visited .mid the nitrogen check mentioned leakage in coil..in March ..still no coil being ordered.. contradictory information received by customer support..says coil already ordered..other guys says it's not ordered. we are still looking into it and so on.primary reason for issue is inefficient supervisors who kept shrugging me off..without doing their job..
