Samsung - Samsung air conditioner got repair with in 4 months Samsung people not responding

i raised complaint for ac repair on june-*st -****, there is no proper response still ** days over no response from sum sung technician, they are wasting time and saying several problems to resolve the ac. even Samsung people not providing resolvation for this, my Ac having warranty for * years.
