Samsung - Samsung 2 Ton AC Product not working since purchase

I had purchased a Samsung * Ton AC in **** and have been going through a hassle of repairs since purchase. The product works for *-* months and the gas leaks gradually, the technicians have checked this multiple times and have not figured out the problem. They have also taken both internal and outdoor unit to their service center for further checks however there is no fix to the issue. Now am advised by Samsung customer care that the warranty period is over and i have to bear all expenses. the product was purchased for ***** rupees. However, i have spend approximately **k on top of this for installation, additional copper pipes, gas refill etc. i have all emails documented for the issues raised with Samsung and would like to raise a complaint for the trauma both mentally and financially that me and my family have gone through.
