I bought a phone Samsung M**s phone on **th September **** and within one year my phone stop working suddenly on **th August ****. I called customer services and told them that it is under warranty the advised me to went to customer service centre they will help you out. I went there show them my phone and explained to them my situation they said to me that there is dant duee to which dispaly damaged which we donot covered under warranty and I need to pay *k more. I told him that it stop working suddenly there is no physical damage. but they denied to repair it under warranty I have seen there are almost *,* people in the queue who are also facing same as of mine .. i have seen their screen they all are looked as of mine purple pinkish ..and I believed that this one is a manufacturer defect. I have googled that there are similiar multiple cases that you can see samsung mobile screen burnt.
and they denied to repaired it under warranty.I wish I could google that before buying a Samsung mobile. What is the meaning of the warranty then..Customer services easily said that this has been due to you put pressure we have to use other phones too never ever face this issue. This one is the easy way to charge from people by saying that this is due to your damaged with have a single crack on the screen. never gonna recommend someone samsung product.
