DTDC - Rude service verbal abuse package still not delivered

I was supposed to receive a package of Pulla Reddy sweets and snacks, on the **st of August ****. I have not yet received the package. The employee had contacted me on the delivery date, but I, being a student was unable to receive it due to classes throughout the day. I had called him to request the delivery at lunch time or evenings, to which he verbally abused me and cut the calls as I was speaking. I understand that they also have a lot of deliveries, but he had no respect to my requests and was very rude and abusive. Location: MANIPAL
