I own among the most premium motorcycles of Royal Enfield for the past * years. I have faced various issues with the service provided by a certain showroom in Taramandal, Gorakhpur and their faulty service has resulted in loss of crucial work, time, money and accidents for me. I did not spend *.*lakh rupees of money earned by shedding blood and sweat to be treated like this by the representatives of one of the most prestigious and respected brands in the country.
The motorcycle has broken down numerous times late at night or in the wee hours of the morning in the middle of highways without any justifiable cause and even within ** hours of being serviced.
The abovementioned showroom has surprisingly managed to single handedly damage the entire reputation of Royal Enfield by keeping goons in place of staff and untrained unworthy mechanics.
I have been fed up after contacting the company helpline various times and stating numerous emails stating the treating and derogatory behaviour of the showroom owner, employees and mechanics. However it seems to bounce away from the computer screens of the employees looking after complaint at the Enfield office.
They even threatened that if I get angry on the service staff the owner would have had me locked in the basement and beat me up.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
