Rahul Sasvehalli filed complaint against OYO on Aug 10, 2019
I booked a room, Royal Inn OYO room no ***** in Pondicherry between **th and **th August with payment done online. When I got to the room, property manager said that he wouldn't accept online payments. When I called OYO customer care, twice, I was put on hold saying they would either relocate me to another property or refund the full amount for me to rebook. They purposely played delaying tactics to make me hang up. All this drama went on for almost ** minutes. Fially, fed up, I cancelled the booking only to be given ** percent refund. We found some other customers facing the same issue. OYO rooms and other online forums are swindling customers without proper resolution. This needs to be reported and stopped.
