Bewakoof.com - Return was not picked and then failed

Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is to inform you again, since my all earlier mail has been ignored by bewakoof.com that I have placed return request for order ID ******** and order ID ******** on **th August, **** since that day my return request has not been fulfilled. Sometimes i was told there was a technical issue, sometimes return executive come and reject to pick because of bewakoof com site issue in QR tag, sometimes request automatically failed and cancelled. There is no proper contacting way to the just a bot which is useless. I have raised numerous tickets for day to day issues sometimes return get automatically cancelled, now return request failed, then again placed and then cancel again and again and almost * weeks has been lapsed. There is no grievance redressal by them there is no prompt call back. This is how they treat customer they are fraudsters AHH, that is very terrible behaviour.

I again requested to resolve my issue by end of today because i am fed up with them. it was my terrible experience with them, how can they grow theirbusiness with these type of behaviour they just only get customer's malediction for this.
