JAIBIR SINGH filed complaint against Byjus on Jun 26, 2019
It applied for Byjus course under the influence of the Mr Jagdish M. His Byjus Employed ID No ******** we got it on * May ****. He said that time you are not satisfied with the product I will cancel the product and return your money. After two days I am not satisfied with the course/response so I inform them to take it back/cancellation on the course. We have informed Mr Jagdish M by making a phone call to No - ********** and according to register the cancellation to call mobile No- ********** and **********. That time he said your product will be cancelled after a trial period ** days. Again contact after ** days similar refusing to withdraw the same stating that it is not possible at the stage. Being army services employed we could not offer it on we are being financially hard to pain.
Hence it is requested to cancel the same and mandate form may it be treated a cancelled and not forward to branch.
