Joginder Sangwan filed complaint against Peppefry on Feb 25, 2021
I ordered a few curtains worth *k from Pepperfry's website on **th Feb ****, But the items received is completely different from what was displayed on the website. But despite making several requests my return request has not been approved. Even when their refund policy on the website clearly states that the items can be returned: If the item delivered to you is different (in dimension, shape or colour) from the item image on our website. (Please see the screenshot attached)
Also, to my dismay, the rudeness of the customer executives at Pepperfry is beyond anybody's imagination.
So I would humbly request you to look into this matter and help me return or replace these curtains as they are totally worthless to me. Below is the order number for your reference:
