Paytm Mall - Return rejecting of a different delivered product

I ordered a Laptop Ram on Aug **, **** from seller- "Avis Digital World"
But the seller cheated and delivered a Pendrive.
When I raised a return request, the request got rejected die to quality checks.
The return was to picked up by "Shadow Fox".
One of their executive told me over phone that this return can not be picked, as this is a different product than ordered and he has to validate product quality through app.

Paytm Mall executive stopped picking calls and the issue remains same.
