I have ordered .multiple items from amazon. Bit due to issues with products, i initiated return. Been ** days, product is not picked up. I am calling them daily and they will say pick up is cancelled and then create new pick up. Its really frustrating.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
