i have ordered rimless glasses – rayban brand from lenskart adyar showroom on october **, **** and my order number is #**********. the product got delivered on **th october, ****. i used for the next two days, but i was experiencing severe headache after using it. so i went back on november *st,**** to the showroom and reported that i couldnot able to use it, they checked my eye power once again to verify the power in the glasses and said to use it for another * week, and even after that if i am experiencing headache, they informed to come back so that they will proceed with the next step. i used for next one week but the headache dint stop, so i went back on **th november **** to return back the product. one female staff named nisha, dint even properly enquire about the issue, and asked me to continue for another two weeks, i clearly told them that the return policy in lenskart is upto ** days, but for that she said, rayban is international product and it is having one year warranty and the return policy doesnot come under ** days period, and i can return on any day within initial two months. so she was forcing me to try for another two weeks and if the problem still continues they said they will raise ticket about the issue. so i used for another two to three weeks, but the head ache dint stop and i was struggling so much to work by wearing the glasses. so i decided to return back the product and went to the adyar showroom on *th december **** and they got my glasses and raised ticket about the issue. they asked me to wait for * days and said they will call me once they get the response from delhi regarding the issue. i called them after * days, they said they dint get any reply yet. and asked me to wait for one day, but after that i dint get any reply from them, then on **th december ****, i called them, where i was told that my glasses have been underwent *d testing and found the same power which was prescribed during the order. and told that they couldnot do anything from their side.
i have been telling them about the issue from the *rd day after receiving the product, but now they are telling that the return policy of the product comes under ** days, so it has crossed those days, so they cant take back the product. i have even went twice to the adyar showroom within **days but they only informed me that the product doesnot come unde ** days return policy and even it can be returned within * months, because of their information only i have been forced to use it after the completion of ** days. now when i ask them to return the product, they were telling that the days are over for return policy and they couldn’t take it back.
its the staff member from the adyar store, gave false information when i asked to return the product, and now its me suffering with this issue. i have went to the showroom twice within the **days period, but its the staff member who gave wrong information and made me to delay this much time. but now when i ask to return the product, they are replying irresponsibly that they couldn’t help on this issue. the adyar store staffs members and manager are the sole responsible for the delay of the return of the product but now how could they simply end up saying that the y cant do anything about the issue. is this the way lenskart works? and still the store manager asks me to use the same product which gives me trouble all the item. dont you understand that it is related to eye and it will be very difficult to use wrong spectacles. when i called the customer care, they were also replying idiotically, and convincing me to use the product again. is it possible to use glasses which give headache all the time? the mistake is clearly on the adyar showroom staffs but there are trying to hide it all and making customer suffer everytime.
how many times should i contact lenskart to solve the issue? is this the way lenskart repond to the customer who has purchased from their store for about **** rupees. it is so idiotic that even the staff members and store manager never come to know about the return policy of a brand they sell. and giving false information and making customers suffer because they need to sell their product anyhow. and never care about the customer problems. unprofessional.
i need this issue should be solved within two days. and return back the money which i paid. i never wanna recommend or use any of the lenskart products. worst customer service and illiterate staff members.
