Big Basket - return of goods

I wrongly placed the order for "Happilo natural premium californian nutshell walnuts" from Bigbasket on **-**-****. after few minutes of Delivery I checked the product and tried for return of goods. But no slots were available for return. Since as per their police return was to done within ** hours of delivery, I was continously trying through App..but could not. I called Customer care.. not helped. Sent my concern on their mail... no reply. Today on **-**-**** i called customer care and discussed for more than ** minutes...but again they are telling that they have no slots available for pick up. They are available for delivering the goods and not for pick up.

Kindly take some action and help me.
