We took a Bujus learn station for our * year old kid which we thought will be beneficial for our kid. But our kid got addicted to it, we emailed Byjus to return it they said there is a ** days trial period before which they can't return. Waiting since then, it has been more than ** days Byju people has stopped responding and we don't know what to do, whom should we ask for help.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
