Ajio - Return Item not picking up No manual reply to emails that I send No manual reply in their official f

My puma shoe order ID FL********** was delivered on ** nd July. I raised a return request within * days. Not even once they tried to pick up. The pretense is that this is a containment zone. But Amazon and Myntra have delivered it here and i have proof of that as well.

Every time i sent an email, i get an automated reply with an advice to call their customer support. After long wait when i reach customer support, they create a ticket and no further working on the ticket.

This went on up to *th september ( ** days in total) and they cancelled the return on *th september.

I also spoke earlier to a customer support guy and wanted to send the package myself which he said I cannot do.

I have all emails i sent them with no reply from them and the facebook snapshots with no reply.
