Byjus - Return and refund

I have sent email requesting for return of Tab on **-**-**(within trial period)... After this till today I have been sending emails to return the tab... Many times I called customer care number... But every time a new person spoke to me and assures that they provide details how to return the tab... Till today the issue is not solved... Tab is with me only. No one is taking responsibility for the same. I am fed up to contact byjus. While taking order I got too many calls... Now opposite to that. Don't know what to do pl help me
