Amisha pokharna filed complaint against Byjus on Jun 28, 2019
I purchased IAS kit with order I'd TNL************, in the name of Amisha pokharna. I am not satisfied from this materials and services, so I want to return the order with refunded money. I have paid EMI for ** months, it was purchased on **-**-**** with the byju's employee ID TNL ********, name of Ujjwal jhalani. For the last ** days, I have been continuously calling my counselor Mr Ujjwal jhalani but no proper response from him. I'm really frustrated & now he said payment is automatically cut down through your bank. When I already asked for the cancellation & refund, how can he let this happen? They said no alternatives are available here & cut the call.
Please help me solving these as soon as possible.
