Peppefry - Response on damaged items
AS Bedi filed complaint against Peppefry on Jul 14, 2021
Items purchased in April **** has gone bad in June **** on being approached for action on it had send a carpenter to see and take action who has confirmed it to be a manufacturing defect. There after no one is taking action and are closing the complaint also on there on. Response is utterly disgusting and the grievance cell is only a showpiece.
