EaseMyTrip com - Rescheduling not done for my PNR although multiple requests were made

I had a flight from Delhi to Raipur via AirIndia which was eligible for a * time rescheduling. I was not able to reschedule from easemytrip website so i called the customer care to help me. They asked me to drop emails with screenshots and asked me to follow up multiple times over calls which i did. At **:** pm , the night before my flight date, i was told its not possible as PNR is now a NOSHOW and only air india team can help. I have been wanting to talk to their escalation team, management but nobody seems to care.
