Shubham nigam filed complaint against RedBus on Dec 20, 2024
I accidentally booked my ticket for *:** AM, which is in the middle of the night. After realizing the mistake, I contacted their support to reschedule my ticket to the morning bus at **:** PM, which is more than ** hours before my original booking. However, they denied my request and also do not offer any refunds.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
