I have ordered HP Deskjet Ink Advantage Ultra **** All-in-one (Color Printer for Home, Dual Band WiFi with self reset) through Amazon.
Amazon and Seller ( Appario Retail Private Ltd) delivered HP Deskjet ink advantage **** instead of HP Deskjet Ink Advantage Ultra **** All-in-one to my apartment security on **-Jan-**, but I received it today morning (**-Feb-**) due to a medical emergency.
Actually I was not available from **-Jan-** to *-Feb-** due to my mother not well and being hospitalized. So, I missed Amazon's return/refund policy now.
**-Feb-** (Amazon CC Feedback): Amazon customer care suggested contacting HP and the seller for replacement with a proper product.
**-Feb-**:
HP: No response
Seller Feedback: It's an amazon fault during the package and I need to contact amazon for further replacement.
Amazon Feedback: I have missed the return/refund policy and no options to replace it now. But I am saying that I can provide my mother with a hospitalized certificate of bone fracture operation and ask the technical team to check if the product has been used or not. Also, I am asking how I can use the wrong and less priced product.

Please find the attached details for your reference & support to replace the proper product or refund my money.
Note: I can't use the HP warranty card, if there is any issue with the received product now. Pls understand and provide the proper replacement.
