Goibibo India Private Limited - Request to replace the untidy room rejected by the company

I and my brother have booked a hotel in Delhi through Goibibo on ** to **th February **** and checked in by * pm. Hotelier offered me an untidy room so I denied to stay there and called to Goibibo customer care * times but instead of giving me appropriate resolution they tried to make fool by giving fake assurance to replace the hotel. After * hours finally, at ** am we have decided unwillingly to stay in the same property. I have shot a video of the room which clearly shows my concern. Still, I didn't get any assistance call from Goibibo. We suffered a lot because of Goibibo so I need ten-time compensation from them.
