We registered for byjus classes for my son on *sep **** with the executive name varnika gupta and was promised we will get the study material with in a week but we didn't get any material and we waited for ** days and contacted varnika but she said she is in holidays and she will join the office in few days and will sorted the matter. We called her after she joined the office and she promised we will get the material on *st of October but we didn't recieved any material and requested her to cancell the registration and refund the amount as per commitment. She promised that we will receive the refund in **hours but when we tried to call her she didn't even bother to reply after so many calls and messages she gave me the number of Mayank arora and told me to contact him . We tried to call him several times but he didn't even had courtesy to reply then I had to call varnika again and she didn't even bothered to pick the call. Then I had to send her some messages on whts app and then she finally replied saying her sir will call us back in half an hour. Finally got message from Mr Mayank then he said he will check and reply back . Then didn't get any message from him and I have to follow it up with him after calling several times finally got a message from Mr Mayank stating that we need to write a cancellation email to byjus.
I am writing this email and mentioning all this so that every body should know what kind of service we have got from byjus which is one of the most recognised brands in india . So we finally decided to cancell the services which we wanted from byjus for my son Sehaj arora *nd class registration number so**************** registered phone number **********,**********. We request you to refund the amount which we paid to varnika gupta by cash ***** rupees. We request you to refund our amount in **hrs as promised by your executive.
I hope you will take this email as feedback and will refund our amount in **hrs. We have been really harrassed by bayjus and we don't want others to go through this .
