i had filed a complaint on **October that i am having screen issue in my relame smart tv**Inc and the company said that you will get a new tv replacement within ** october but Till now no notice has come from their side and when I called today and asked, those people are saying that you will get replacement of panel and not of TV.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
