Asus Laptop - Faulty product is sold as new

GOVIND SINGH filed complaint against Asus Laptop on Jul 20, 2022

I bought a new laptop from ASUS via Amazon on **th May. i gifted it to somebody and they started setting it up. once set up was completed then laptop did not work as it should be, i still couldnt do anything on this laptop.i took it to service center and they replaced the mother board. issue still remains and company is asking to upgrade it to SSD which is going to cost **** onwards.
I couldnt work on this laptop for a minute and it is lying with service centre since **th June. there is no solution even after escalations and i have no money to upgrade it as forced by ASUS.
