SUB : Demand for Replacement of AC

This is in regards to the complaint done for our Reconnect AC (Product ID - *********) Purchased on **/**/****.
We have done a complain on **th March **** (Request No **********) for Servicing of our AC. The Engineer have come on **st March and attended the request and after examine he have told us that PCB is not working and we have to replace the PCB. we have agreed with him and told him to get the PCB part from Company.
we have also paid him the service fee of Rs *** for that visit for actually doing nothing.
we have done a multiple follow ups with engineer but he always responded saying PCB part is not available with company and it will take more time.
we have re-registered the complaint on **th April **** (Request No **********) and again it was assigned to same person and he came up with answer that PCB still not came from company.
Finally on **th April he came with a New PCB part but that was also faulty and didn’t worked and he told again replacing this part will take ** -** days which is not at all acceptable.
I have registered a New complain on **th April **** (Request No **********) and also sent email to customer service team and requested to replace the PCB asap. I got a call from Mr Rajan and he told me he will send another engineer to examine the problem in AC. Engineer Mr Jindal Came Next day and he also concluded the same problem that PCB is faulty. After that on call Mr Rajan have committed me that he will solve the problem asap and will replace the PCB.
On **st April **** I got the Call from Mr David Sagar saying PCB have arrived from company and it will be fixed on same day, and on next day i.e **nd April **** i.e today got the call from Mr Jindal (Engineer) Saying the part is again faulty and cant be fixed today.
Since **st March **** we are staying without AC in this hot climate and this is casing us health issues and Mental torture as well.
Now I cant even trust on Reliance products which gives such problems in just * years of purchasing a brand new product. This is such a pathetic customer service. Im calming a replacement of AC ASAP and solve the problem
Eagerly waiting for someone from higher authority to solve my problem.
