Purchased Dishwasher on **-March **** from Reliance digital. Received on *st April and during unboxing it was found by technician that product was damaged. Agreed for replacement and he filed a Technical report which was approved on *nd April ****. Replacement ticket created on *rd April. But till today end of day *th April, the replacement did not happen. Nor reliance digital is agreeing to process refund. They are saying due to season rush not able to pickup the damaged product. Attached the email proof. And since *rd april, everyday they are saying to wait ** hours more after which pickup will be done. Even today also they said same as in email proof attached. In this way they are indirectly keeping their damaged product with us without replacing or refunding. As per customer support there is no timeline for replacement. It can take any number of days. Even emailed multiple times to their grievance head who is also the CEO but no response nor any action taken. Just saying wait ** hours today as well. These type of fraudulent companies should be penalised so that they don't play with customers, lie them and make customers and their families suffer after getting the money.
Request you sincerely for strict action on Reliance Digital for such negligence and fake promises. Please.
