I had placed order of Redtape shoes on **th September under the order ID FN********** from the app of Ajio. The size was smaller than expected so I put it under exchange on **th September. The expected date of delivery and exchange was showing * October. However, no one came for pickup and exchange. These shoes are of no use to me. Kindly help me.
