Zouk bags - Replacement bag not delivered

I had ordered Zouk work bag and was delivered in a week’s time. The bag that got delivered was different from what I had ordered. I dropped a note to support@zoukonline.freshdesk.com and they promptly responded back to me with apology note and arranged for a return in just * days. I returned the bag and from then on I’m following up since ** days they a neither refunding nor shipping the actual bag that was ordered. Absolutely no response on any platform. It’s really sad to see them build a brand and cheating customers
