I am lodging this complaint against Zouk Bags for an extremely poor and disappointing shopping experience.
I placed an order with Zouk on **th April **** and made a full payment of Rs. **** at the time of purchase. As per their commitment, the order was to be delivered within the standard delivery window. However, the promised delivery date has long passed, and the parcel has still not been delivered.
What’s worse, every time I raise a query or follow up on the delivery status, I receive the same template response—with no specific update, no estimated delivery date, and no resolution in sight. This repetitive and generic communication has been frustrating and unhelpful.
This kind of customer service is not just unprofessional but also feels deceptive. I trusted the brand, paid upfront, and now I am left without the product or even a proper response. It feels like customers are being taken for granted or even misled.
I demand immediate action:
Either deliver the product without any further delay,
OR
Process a full refund of Rs. **** right away.
If Zouk continues to ignore this issue, I urge the concerned consumer rights authorities to take strict action against such irresponsible business practices.
I am also considering sharing this experience publicly to warn other customers.
