My order id is #******. I received the order on **th August **** with a wrong item. I have ordered Mughal Motif Statement Office Bag but received a bag with some other design. I have been trying to get in contact with Zouk through whatsapp the minute I received the parcel, but I did not get back anything from Zouk. I also mailed on online@zouk.co.in I received a mail from them stated "As per the image shared we can see you have received Flomotif statement bag instead of mughal motif is that correct?" I replied to them but to no avail. I have been mailing Zouk since. I need to return the wrong product. I need my money back.
