Zouk bags - Zouk bags order never received

I ordered from zouk * bags. Delivery guy never delivered it to me claimed that he gave it security of my building. But didn't find after checking multiple times. I raised concern to customer support and it has been almost * months, there is no progress on it. They keep dragging it in name of investigation and giving false of redispatching products.
