TARANG GARG filed complaint against Samsung on Nov 13, 2025
I am writing to file a formal and urgent complaint regarding the unjustified denial of warranty service for my Samsung laptop, Model: Galaxy Book* **.** cm, Intel® Core™ i*, ** GB, Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics(Serial Number: Product Serial No./IMEI No: *SYR*ZAXA*****. This product was purchased on **.**.**** and is currently covered under a valid Extended Warranty/Protection Plan agreement.
The issue concerns the internal display panel, which spontaneously developed a critical defect on **/**/**. This defect manifests as top left side sudden black screen and occurred without any external trauma, impact, or user error. This is a clear case of internal component failure covered under the terms of the warranty.
Refutation of Service Engineer's Report
Following service request **********, appointed engineer, ZULFKAR AHMAD KHAN KANPUR CENTER, submitted a report falsely claiming that the damage was caused by the customer ("physical damage" or "pressure marks").
I hereby categorically deny and refute this claim. I invite a senior, impartial inspection of the device. There is ABSOLUTELY NO EVIDENCE of external physical damage—no visible cracks, chips, dents, impact points, or structural deformation on the screen bezel, case, or panel surface that would indicate misuse. The damage is purely internal, consistent with manufacturing or component failure, which is explicitly covered by the extended warranty agreement.
The unjustified denial of service, based on a demonstrably false claim of physical damage, constitutes a serious breach of the extended warranty contract I hold with Samsung.
