Ajay Jain filed complaint against Samsung on Apr 19, 2022
This is my story so far:
*. Purchased a samsung AC through amazon on *th March.
*. Got it installed through Samsung service centre on **th march - the installation had several issues - no copper wire in the AC, the person who came to install was not experienced enough
*. AC was not cooling from *st april - raised several requests with samsung customer service - escalated to the CEO email ID as well (big mistake on my part)
*. After several follow ups and numerous calls - finally the service guy came on *th april & suggested the gas needs to be refilled. He came back on **th april to fill the gas and finally on **th april - the issue got resolved. The AC started cooling
*. But the AC developed an issue that when I switch off using remote - still the display shows some random numbers. Tried to debug using video call - but to no avail.
*. Now the AC has again stopped cooling (since April **th).
Some of the ticket numbers I had with Samsung are **********, ********** & the reference number is ********** .I have attached the invoice for your kind perusal. I have also copied email IDs of people from your head office (dhana.s*@partner.samsung.com Rahul Chauhan rahul.chauhan@partner.samsung.com) who had suggested they would help/close but nothing seems to move.
I have suffered a lot during these days and my humble request is that I would like to return the AC and would want a refund immediately.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
