RELIANCE DIGITAL - Reliance Sold Sharp tv after Sharp discontinued Not providing repair service

I had purchased ** inch uhd smart led tv (Sharp) in June **** for **,***, from Reliance Digital. The tv went out of order after * years of minimal usage. It is out of warranty now. Unfortunately, Sharp in India stopped supporting any services after ****. Reliance digital sold us the tv after Sharp discontinued their services. I feel cheated. Now that the motherboard of the tv crashed, reliance digital doesnot even have the motherboard. They forced * options upon us: either buy a second-hand part (from an old tv in their showroom) in Rs *****, without any warranty on motherboard or go for **% of the tv value (**% depreciation rate/year). Both the options are not justified. First one is super risky and the second option is calculated in a misleading way for their benefit. Even if I agree for this high depreciation rate of **%, I should get **% of the tv value, not **%. This is cheating + goonish attitude of reliance digital.
