We have purchase samsung **inches LED tv in **** along with reliance Resq protection plan.
Today( **/**/****) suddenly display gone and only sound is coming from tv. We have validity up to **** for reliance resQ protection plan and we tried to register a complaint but no one is responded properly every time when i tried to contact them or send email they were asking give me ** hours time and we have escalated issue already like that they were telling continues but no result and no action taken uptill now.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
