I had ordered a LG * Kg Top Fully Automatic Washing Machine with TurboDrum, T**SKSF*Z Middle Free Silver on **th Mar **** by paying ₹ *****.*, the scheduled date of delivery of the product was **th March ****.
Since they could not deliver the product even till **th i registered a complained with Reliance digital on **th March.
and till now that is **th Apr **** the product has not been delivered to me.
i have called up numerous time for update but no body from reliance digital has made an effort to help me in this regard
Being tired from their harassment i have purchased the product from local market. i have requested them to cancel the order and refund the money
However i have been told to wait for delivery so that i can refuse.
No if thats not scam then what is. I Mean i have to wait for delivery of the product which is not happening so that i can refuse.
Now my ***** are stuck. and Reliance and their pathetic management is not bothered.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
