Dear sir/ Madam
I am Manjunath swamy M B father of Master.Hridhan Skanda. I request you to help in getting the reimbursement of the fees paid towards Byjus Math Classfor my Son Hridhan Skanda M M, studying in grade *, I have paid INR.***** through credit card, with monthly emi of INR.****.** (* different items Principal amount INR.****.**, Interest amount of INR.***.** and GST of IGST at **% is INR.***.** ) up to ** month's it costs me total of INR. *****.**, till today * emi's I have paid to my credit card, Am asking the reimbursement because the listed reason*)Tab which they given is stopped working and it is showing Unsubscribed, *) The classes they are conducting very irregular and Have lot of technical problems, like Tab not working and Connectivity issues, *) No help from the technical team and Customer care team, *) Unable to connect any of the Customer care or Mentor's over the phone,*) We wont get any response for the email request also,*) My son is feeling stressed due to these happenings around him,*)Initially they told all subjects will taken care now only Math's they are teaching that to with lot of issues and INR.***** is not worth.
Kindly help us in coming out of the mental asylum my family is facing and also financial trap in which we fell for the fraudulent education system.
