Dear Team,
On **/**/**** i bought a one month trial package of ** sessions for ****rs for *th class from byjus online, during payment i saw in instructions that after doing payment you will receive a link for registration of classeson my registered mailid but i didn't receive any link when i called up customer care they say that they registered the request and academic counsellor will contact you in ** min but after many attempts also i didn't receive any calls from them .I also sent mail to Support@byjus.com many times ,when ever i send mail i get a reply asking for few details like order id, Registered e mail id and registered mobile number, even after sending all those details with payment screenshots attached, again i receive same mail. Now i dont want to waste my time so kindly help me in refund of my amount.
