*. Background

I engaged the services of RegisterKaro for professional assistance and paid a total amount of ₹**,*** to initiate the process. The matter had reached the onboarding stage, where process and documentation requirements were being discussed.

*. Incident During Onboarding

During the onboarding discussion, I sought clarification regarding the process and required documentation. In response to my legitimate query, a representative of RegisterKaro stated:

“hawa mai kaam kar doon kya”

The remark was made in a sarcastic and dismissive tone. Such language is inappropriate and unprofessional in a formal client-service interaction, particularly when dealing with a paying customer.

*. Escalation to Senior Personnel

Upon objecting to the remark and expressing that the communication was unacceptable, the matter was escalated to Ms. Aishwaraw and her manager.

Instead of acknowledging the inappropriate conduct, the remark was defended and justified. No corrective action or apology was offered.

Further, the manager’s conduct was more concerning. Rather than resolving the grievance, he adopted an aggressive and confrontational approach, challenged my objection, and effectively dared me to cancel the service.

When I formally requested cancellation due to loss of confidence in their professionalism, I was labeled “unprofessional” by their team.
